Founders
Ryan & Mandy were high school sweethearts, have been married 28 years and have 5 children (3 biological and 2 adopted).
Mandy has a degree in accounting, however has spent the last 15+ years actively involved in different local foster organizations while learning all she can about trauma and the effects on the brain.
Ryan has spent 20+ years in the technology industry where he is most recently the Sr executive of the technical engineering teams. Ryan has led numerous teams over his career, focused on building culture, developing leaders and executing to achieve the organization vision and mission.
Mandy got the couple started with her passion for fostering in 2010. After fostering and serving in the foster care, adoption, and kinship community – learning the joys, pain and the struggles of the system – Ryan and Mandy saw an opportunity to support families in a different way. By offering foster, adoptive, and kinship parents the space to get away for a much needed break they deserve, even if only for a few days, to recharge and reconnect.
And then Teaghlach Ranch was born…

David & Monica have been married for 22 years and have 2 boys. David has spent 22+ years in the technology industry. He has traveled throughout Brazil, India, Ireland and Malaysia where he was the lead IT engineer for a large computer manufacturer. Most recently David’s role is a Regional Solutions
Manager where he leads a team of presales
David & Monica have been married for 22 years and have 2 boys. David has spent 22+ years in the technology industry. He has traveled throughout Brazil, India, Ireland and Malaysia where he was the lead IT engineer for a large computer manufacturer. Most recently David’s role is a Regional Solutions
Manager where he leads a team of presales system engineers for an $11B IT solutions provider.
Monica has worked in the medical/insurance and gaming industries for a combined 20+ years. In her roles she has managed a team of 45+ medical technologist. Most recently working for a fortune 100 company in the process improvement group. She is responsible for identifying insights into process improvement opportunities leveraging lean concepts and tools
In an unfortunate situation, Monica and David were asked to care for a family member in foster care. It
was during this period, they recognized the need for support systems for families going thru similar situations. David and Monica enjoy cooking and love the concept of sharing good food and good
conversation.

Troy & Brandy have been married for 20 years and have 2 children. Brandy, a CPA, has held a multitude of accounting and finance positions in both public and private corporations for the past 22 years, primarily in the technology industry. Brandy is currently a Client Engagement Senior Manager for a finance and operations consulting firm.
Troy & Brandy have been married for 20 years and have 2 children. Brandy, a CPA, has held a multitude of accounting and finance positions in both public and private corporations for the past 22 years, primarily in the technology industry. Brandy is currently a Client Engagement Senior Manager for a finance and operations consulting firm. Troy has been in the construction industry for 26 years and currently manages surveying and field engineering operations for a commercial contractor with a focus on structural concrete, earthworks and underground utilities. While Troy & Brandy have not been directly involved in fostering they have had the opportunity to be surrounded by and close to families with a passion for fostering and adoption. In this they have hopefully been able to provide a little support and love to those foster and adoptive families around them.

division for a Napa Valley based winery. This passion for food and wine has allowed him to travel
throughout Italy, Fran

throughout Italy, France, England, Argentina and Chile while developing his knowledge of wines and grape growing regions.
While raising three children, Heather has been involved in many volunteer activities…Make-a-Wish Foundation, Chaparral Women’s Club of Round Rock, Girl Scouts and Board Member for PTO. She has also enjoyed helping others in their personal health journey as an independent consultant with Arbonne.
Kevin and Heather have both been very active members of the Laurel’s Army Foundation (Kevin holds a board position), a non-profit organization dedicated to funding pediatric cancer research projects, and their passion for helping others is contagious. Since adopting their first child almost 12 years ago, they have helped others by sharing their adoption story and mentoring other potential parents travelling a similar path. They are excited to be an active part of Teaghlach Ranch and build meaningful relationships with other passionate families.

She was in the education field for the last 10 years and currently volunteers with several organizations and spends as much time as she can with her granddaughter. She enjoys traveling, reading and outdoor activities. Alesha and her late husband began their foster journey in 2013 and

Alesha and her late husband began their foster journey in 2013 and after adopting their children they continued to feel passionate about supporting foster care and adoption in a variety of ways. She looks forward to all the ways she can continue to support this passion by being a part of Teaghlach Ranch.

Sydney's dedication to the foster and adoptive community is deeply personal. Raised in a family committed to fostering children, she has two adopted brothers, which has profoundly influenced her values and advocacy work. Her passion for supporting children in need is an integral part of her life’s mission.
